#DecisionJa2016: PNP candidate vows to ‘evict’ Audley Shaw
MANCHESTER, Jamaica — People’s National Party candidate for North East Manchester Valenton Wint says he will evict the Jamaica Labour Party’s incumbent Audley Shaw from the constituency.
“How can you be a man a yard and you don’t take care of your children?” Wint questioned, much to the approval of PNP supporters now gathered in Mandeville, Manchester, who cheered loudly.
This rally is another in a series being held by the PNP as they campaign ahead of the February 25 general election.
Wint said for years Shaw has neglected the people of the constituency and that he was here to serve him notice.
He insisted that on February 25, the constituency will have a new member of parliament. He vowed to return the seat to the PNP.
