#DecisionJa2016: PNP candidate vows to end Horace Chang’s reign
ST JAMES, Jamaica — Anthony Henry, the People’s National Party’s candidate for St James North Western says he is confident he will beat long-standing Jamaica Labour Party incumbent Dr Horace Chang in the general elections on February 25.
Henry, a councillor in the St James Parish Council, said his confidence has come from the support he is being given throughout the constituency.
“It’s a very good feeling and based on what you have seen outside, this is the beginning of the ending of the reign of the incumbent,” he boldly told reporters shortly after he was nominated at the St Paul’s United Church Hall today.
