#DecisionJa2016: PNPYO president knocks Holness’ 10-point plan
ST THOMAS, Jamaica — People’s National Party Youth Organization President Andre Blair says Opposition Leader Andrew Holness’ 10-point plan is not substantial.
Blair, addressing PNP supporters in Yallahs square, St Thomas, said Holness is “all talk and no substance”.
Speaking specifically to Holness’ promise to raise the local income tax threshold to $1.5 million, Blair said such a move would cause the country’s economy to falter like Greece’s.
He said for four years Holness has been in opposition and did not put forward feasible plans to move the country forward, but has now put forward a 10-point plan that is unrealistic because a general election is near.
Blair said: “Him old and still don’t have any sense.”
He urged Comrades to reject Holness’ promises and return the PNP to power.
