JLP in St Mary, St Ann today
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) is increasing its campaigning presence on the road today following the announcement of the February 25 election date by Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller on Sunday night.
Party Leader, Andrew Holness leads the JLP team in St Mary in what has been dubbed its ‘Prosperity Tour’. Holness will be joined by candidates in the parish; Jason James (St Mary Central); Dr Norman Dunn (St Mary South East) and Robert Montague (St Mary Western).
In St Ann, Audley Shaw is at the helm of the JLP team along with parish candidates; Shaine Robinson (St Ann North East); Othneil Lawrence (St Ann North West); Ivan Anderson (St Ann South West) and Zavia Mayne (St Ann South West).
The party’s road activities today culminate in a mass meeting in Gayle, St Mary starting at 6:00 pm.
