Live well, learn how

Representatives from the Centre for HIV/AIDS Research, Education and Services share information with participants at the recent lifestyle symposium at Christ Church in Vineyard Town, Kingston 3, which was hosted by the New Kingston Rotaract Club. Prompted by the need to sensitise Jamaicans on the importance of having and maintaining healthy lifestyles, the club hosted the symposium under the theme ‘Live Well, Learn How’, facilitating information sessions with a fitness instructor, nutritionist, cardiologist, and a financial advisor. On the day, participants also benefited from free blood pressure, blood glucose and HIV tests. (Inset) Members of the New Kingston Rotaract Club are all smiles as they pose for a group photo.
