Martin Garrix for Major Lazer Live tonight
Dutch musician/beat-maker Martijn Garritsen (also known as Martin Garrix) makes his debut in Jamaica this evening on the fourth Major Lazer Live show at Mas Camp in New Kingston.
“This will actually be my first time here and it’s Major Lazer so patrons can expect a pretty wild gig. I’ve got a ton of new tracks that I’ll be trying out and can’t wait to play them to everyone who’s coming out for the show,” Matrix told

Though just 19 years-old, he boasts an impressive resume. Last year, his single
Animals topped charts in several countries including Belgium and the United Kingdom.DJ Magazine rates him at number three on its list of Top 100 DJs.
In 2012, his remix of Christina Aguilera’s
Your Body was released on the deluxe version of her album, Lotus.
In February 2015, Garrix released the single
Don’t Look Down featuring Usher. It peaked at number three on the USBillboard Dance Chart.
He has also collaborated with Grammy winner singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran on the song
Rewind Repeat It.
