PCL Update: Scorpions 147-5 at lunch vs Jaguars
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaica Scorpions went to the lunch break at 147-5, ?still requiring a further 179 runs for victory against Guyana Jaguars?on the final day of the WICB Professional Cricket League (PCL) four-day match at Sabina Park on Monday.
Tamar Lambert, not out on 29, and Ravmon Powell who is on six will resume batting for the Scorpions after the break.
Resuming on an overnight score of 82-3, the Scorpions lost overnight batsman Devon Thomas (31) and wicketkeeper/batsman Carlton Baugh Jr (17) in the opening two-hour session.
Pacer Keon Joseph 2-43 and spinner Steven Jacobs 2-18 are the pick of the bowlers so far.
On Sunday’s third day, the Jaguars posted 282 to set the Scorpions a victory target of 325.
