TA: How would you describe your study process?JZ: I study between 4pm to 9pm. I break my studying into blocks and divide my time evenly. I take half hour breaks in between to exercise to keep my mind fresh. Also you can’t beat really good notes.TA: How do you feel about your success?JZ: I’m proud but very humbled, not too surprised cause I aimed really high.TA: What drives you to do well?JZ: Just to impress myself really and do the best I can. I do it for me.TA: Was there ever a time in your life when you weren’t on point in your studies?JZ: Yeah, first to third form. Well, back then I aimed for mediocrity and tried to get a prize but now I just try to the best I can.TA: What is your favourite subject and why?JZ: My favourite subject is Physics, because it is very easy to relate it to the real world as you can actually see it in real life as it is occurring.TA: Where do you see yourself five years from now?JZ: Probably in college at UWI pursuing either Medicine or Engineering.TA: Are there any philosophies that you live by?JZ: Yes AGE QUOD AGIS – whatever you do, do it wellTA: Is there anyone that inspires you? If so, why?JZ: Not really I just try to do my best I don’t really have any role models right now.TA: What is/are your goal(s) for this year?JZ: This year is all about balance which entails academics, community service and giving back anyway I can.TA: Any tips and tricks that you would like share with our readers?JZ: Do all your SBAs and Assignments on your own and make sure you understand as well as pay attention in class and be consistent, also try to treat every exam like a major one so when the time comes you won’t feel as nervous.TA: Any teacher you want to specially thank?JZ: Mr Attipuram, Mrs Champagnie Wallace, Mrs Grant, Mr Smith, Ms Salmon… Really all the teachers that have helped me to achieve everything that I have, I just want to say a very special thank you.TA: a) Does it ever get to your head what you have achieved?JZ: I don’t think it will ever get to my head because the Lord was a big part of my success so it won’t get to me. It hasn’t really hit me yet because I’m still trying to surpass what I’ve done so I don’t really feel like I’ve arrived.TA: Any last words to our readers?JZ: Keep trying your best and never give up.
b) When did it hit you that you achieved all you did?
