Chronophobia
Chronophobia is the fear of the future or fear of time passing. Though it may sound strange, many people struggle with varying degrees of this phobia, TEENs even.
When you’re a TEEN you’ve got to battle body issues, figure out what you want to become while trying to figure out who you are and juggling a myriad of activities and responsibilities. We know it’s hard.
But it has been said that the best way to predict the future is to create it.
The future can be quite daunting, but with a little hard work and determination you’ll be ready to face tomorrow’s challenges.
Eleanor Roosevelt said, “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” So believe in worthiness of where you are, and where you’re going. Believe in your journey.
And a Chinese Proverb says that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
One step at a time TEENation.
