Readers, I hope you have found some simplicity and enlightenment in the first two parts of this topic. I will continue this topic until I have used the reserves I have.
Let me close this segment by saying that taking pain pills daily is like putting a piece of tape over a check engine light. While the “symptom” or warning notification may be masked and out of sight and mind, the underlying cause of the problem has not been addressed or corrected, and manifestation over time will at some point result in a breakdown — most likely an irreparable one. It is also better to repair or replace a tyre with a slow leak than to air it up over and over again. At some point it will fail. With a machine, the cost and damage may not greatly affect you. With your body and nervous system, this is a much more impacting reality.
A vehicle can immediately or eventually be replaced; or, alternative methods of travel can be sought out. You only get one nervous system to regulate everything about you, and one spine to protect and facilitate that master regulation. Please take care of it even as you would a material object – and even more so. You have the innate power within to heal and to stay healthy. The chiropractor, “The Spinal Mechanic”, can help you achieve that without drugs or surgery in most cases. If you try it, you may very well discover that it is a Godsend. If you choose not to, you literally could have everything important to lose.
I am here for you. Please use me.
