#BEIJING2015: Women’s 100mH, men’s discus throw tonight
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Three Jamaicans will line up for the discus throw this evening at the 15th IAAF World Championships in Beijing, China.
They are Fedrick Dacres, Jason Morgan and Chad Wright.
Dacres will be the second thrower in group A of the qualification round, which gets under way at 8:30 pm. The qualification round for Group B starts at 9:50 pm and Wright will be the ninth thrower in this group while Morgan will throw in the twelfth position.
Also, compatriots Danielle Williams, Kimberly Laing and Shermaine Williams will represent the island in the women’s 100-metre hurdles which gets under way at 10:15 pm.
Williams will hit the Bird’s Nest track first in heat seven and will run out of lane seven.
