Kenyan lawyer offers to Marry Malia Ann Obama
Kenyan lawyer Felix Kiprono Matagei offered 50 cows, 70 sheep, and 30 goats to marry the US president’s eldest daughter Malia Ann Obama. The popular actress whom we all know from the popular show Gossip Girl has decided to adopt another path to making money. There is now a real, live petition to retract one of the rapper’s recently-won Billboard Music Awards. According to the Change.org petition, which currently has over 18,000 signatures, fans want to see Iggy stripped of the title of Top Rap Song, which she won for her mega-hit Fancy. The reason? The petition claims that the song was ineligible for the award in the first place, because its release date (February 17, 2014)) came before the eligibility period of March 10, 2014 through March 2015. So just who do these fans want to see with the award instead…none other than Nicki Minaj. The sentiment doesn’t end there; dozens of signees chimed in with their impassioned thoughts on why Minaj should claim the prize. Phrases like “this injustice is just too much,” “Nicki is way underrated” and “Iggy has soiled the name of rap music” were tossed around in the comments. Ouch.
