Sky’s the limit
If you are in the mood for a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food with family and friends outside the fast-paced life of the city, the oasis that is Sky Beach Restaurant is one such place.
This rustic and tranquil spot complete with fruit trees and Tiki huts, all named after districts in the parish of Hanover, is caressed by the soothing sea breeze and complemented by fine Jamaican food prepared in a very busy kitchen. As you dine comfortably on the waterfront you may notice seagulls and pelicans coming to feed, and if you are lucky you could also catch a glimpse of the nurse sharks in the evenings.
The restaurant is truly a relaxation point; customers make their selection of fish, lobster, conch or shrimp which is then prepared according to their specifications. While you wait you can enjoy the ambience, drinks from the fully stocked bar or maybe engage in board games available in the play area.
“We have been in operation for just over five years but we are quickly becoming a favourite spot not only for locals but international celebrities. We have had visits from a number of sporting stars such as Floyd Mayweather and other celebrities such as Ne-yo, Tyra Banks and Nancy Dell’Olio,” explained a beaming marketing manager Stanley Morris.
