TREVOR Dixon copped the first ever “I’M GYMKFit” trophy after he lost a whopping 35 pounds and eight per cent body fat, topping the group of participants in the Jamaica Observer Gymkhana Absolute Fitness Challenge.
Francine White finished second, moving from 269 pounds to 231 pounds, while Loraine Moses took third place having started the competition at 177 pounds and finished at 160 pounds. The group of eight participants shed a total of 160 pounds through exercise and dieting while working with the skilled certified personal trainers at Gymkhana.
On Friday the participants were feted at the Hope Zoo in Kingston, during an evening of celebration to close out a successful three months topped off with fit and leaner bodies to show.
