Dinthill seek upset in Ben Francis KO
DINTHILL Technical will seek to add the Ben Francis KO to their trophy cabinet when they face former champions Glenmuir High at Jamalco today in one of two semi-final games scheduled.
Dinthill Technical, two-time daCosta Cup champions, is the only team in the semi-finals that have not won the title.
The four teams earned their places in the semi-finals after topping their respective quarter-final groups last week and today’s winners will advance to the finals set for Saturday.
Clarendon College have emerged as title favourites but will face a stubborn STETHS team coming off a hard fought 1-0 win over Petersfield last week and a loss to Jamaica College in the LIME Super Cup.
Dinthill Technical are the dark horses and will face a confident Glenmuir High.
