Giving Youth a Purpose
Dr. Trevor Hamilton, developer of the Purposeful Alignment psychometric assessment (2nd right) and Melody Cammock, co-founder, Re-Birth Project, recently sat down to have a rap session with Keiron Lothian (left) and his mother Kenisha Salmon (2nd left) to discuss how completing the purposeful alignment assessment will enable him to discover his true talent and strengths so that he can make informed decisions about his future. The discussion followed the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Trevor Hamilton & Associates & Center of Excellence and the Re-Birth Project team whereby the company will provide complimentary Purposeful Alignment psychometric assessments valued at over $200,000 for the 20 children, from Tivoli Gardens and Norman Manley High Schools, who participated in phase one of the Re-Birth project . Purposeful Alignment is also keen on highlighting parents critical role in encouraging their children to set goals based on their strengths. Looking on is Keiron’s brother (centre). The MOU will see THACE providing complimentary psychometric assessments for all the Re-Birth Project student participants. This is to be used as a protective strategy, with the aim being to better support the students academically, by helping them to develop their individual strengths.
