Westlanders beat Bounty Hall Blazers ‘A’
Westlanders Netball Club took the first leg of their home-and-away encounter against Trelawny’s Bounty Hall Blazers ‘A’, 65-28, at Bounty Hall Primary School on Saturday.
Goal-shooter Tianna Grant, who led the way for the Westmoreland Team by sinking 43 goals from 54 attempts, had good support from goal-attack Nikhesia Pearce 22 from 28, while goal-shooter of Bounty Hall Blazers ‘A’ Keila Henry scored 26 from 39 for the losers.
The return leg is set for New Market Oval, Savanna-la-Mar this Saturday, starting 3:00 pm.
