Jamalco, Waulgrovians ‘A’ in netball clash
DEFENDING champions Jamalco and former many-time champions Waulgrovians ‘A’ clash in the feature Group Two encounter in the 2013/2014 Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS)/Netball Jamaica Open League competition which continues today at the Leila Robinson Courts, beginning at 3:40 pm.
Both teams are currently unbeaten in their group and today should decide who will remain unbeaten and become sole leaders.
The other unbeaten teams that will be in action and looking for another win are UWI Pelicans, battling against Police ‘B’ at 1:00 pm; Molynes United ‘A’ taking on unbeaten and promising Ken’s Wild Flower; Police ‘A’ up against Ocho Rios at 3:00 pm; Alpha ‘A’ who face Southboro ‘A’; and GC Strikers ‘A’ go up against Tantrum at 5:40 pm.
These teams will play again in another match later in the afternoon. This afternoon’s first round of matches is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm. A total of 40 matches are scheduled to be played today.
