Accused in attorney’s murder granted bail
TWO of the three men charged with murder in the death of attorney Clover Graham were on Friday offered bail in the Home Circuit Court.
Quron Patterson was offered $350,000 bail and Simeon Lewis $100,000 following applications by Romona Nelson, who held for attorneys Peter Champagnie and Christopher Townsend.
The third accused, Shannon Campbell, who the court had been informed in May escaped custody, was remanded. He was recently recaptured.
The men are to return to court on December 13 for mention. A statement relating to phone records in the case is expected to be ready by then.
Graham’s body was found in bushes near the Caymanas Polo Club in St Catherine on August 19, 2012 with the throat slashed.
It is being alleged that Graham was taken from her home and then murdered.
The men were charged two months later.
