Full slate of schoolgirls netball on offer
NETBALL leaders should maintain their unbeaten run as the preliminary round of the 2013 ISSA/Digicel Urban Area High Schoolgirls competition continues today at several venues, beginning at 2:30 pm.
Senior League action begins at approximately 3:30 pm, following the Junior League games which are scheduled to start at 2:30.
St Andrew High, last year’s beaten finalist in the Senior League, will host Excelsior High. St Andrew have played only three matches in Zone F to lead with nine points.
Many-time champions St Hugh’s, coached by Roy Pryce, will be at home to Wolmer’s Girls.
St Catherine High, coached by Phyliss Thompson, have always been one of the schools to watch and they are playing extremely well especially this season and could very well be the team to beat.
