Mani-pedi Therapy

Manicure
STEPS
1 Remove nail polish from fingers and soak in preprepared manicure bath.
2. Buff fingernails and apply cuticle softener.
3. Use a cuticle nipper to clip off dead skin around finger and to clean beneath fingernails.
4. Sanitise and massage hand with mineral oil and Body Blends lotion.
5. Apply Q-Touch milky base coat and polish nails.
6. Wrap a bit of cotton on the edge of a wooden cuticle pusher and spray with nail polish remover.
7. Proceed to clean the excess nail polish from the edge of the fingernail. Pedicure ‘Gelish’ Manicure
Pedicure
STEPS
1. Remove nail polish from toes and soak feet in pre-prepared manicure bath.
2. Buff toenails and base of feet.
3. Apply St Ives Apricot Moisturizing Hand and Foot scrub and massage feet.
4. Apply Q-Touch milky base coat and polish nails.
5. Wrap a bit of cotton on the edge of a wooden cuticle pusher and spray with nail polish remover.
6. Proceed to clean the excess nail polish from the edge of the toenail.

‘Gelish’ Manicure
STEPS:
1. Use a cuticle nipper to clip off dead skin around fingers and clean beneath fingernails, then proceed to buff them.
2. Clean area with Gelish Soak-off Gel Polish nail surface cleaner.
3. Apply Gelish Soak-off Gel Polish pH bond (removes excess oil from natural nails)
4. Apply Gelish Soak-off Gel Polish foundation then put nails under UV light for 5 seconds.
5. Apply Gelish nail polish and put under UV light for 30 seconds
6. Apply Top-It-Off topcoat and put under UV light another 30 seconds.
7. Use nail cleanser to remove sticky residue and apply cuticle oil to finish the look.
