T&T Chefs Throw Down: Chef Pierre-Yves LeBihan
Chef Pierre-Yves LeBihan is the French-born Executive Chef/Patron of the fabulous ZaZou Bistro Moderne.
ZaZou is tucked away neatly at #3 Coblentz Gardens in St Ann’s (Port of Spain). Aptly assisted by his wife Zanifa, Pierre-Yves ensures that his guests are transported to his native France and back with each visit to the restaurant. His meals are freshly prepared using only fresh ingredients. It is truly remarkable.
The couple actually met in Houston and decided to move to Trinidad to open Zazou.
Pierre-Yves has worked at several high-end restaurants and hotels across the globe. He is an ACF-certified executive chef, instructor at culinary institute Lenotre, USA, and Member of Village de Chefs Association.
Date: Tuesday, June 6

Pan-Seared Kingfish with lobster cappucino sauce; basil mash and garlic chips
