Mandeville Wedding Show pulls crowd
MANDEVILLE, Manchester — With 247 guests recorded, 28 wedding service providers and 10 sponsors exhibits, organisers of the recent Mandeville Wedding Show are declaring their satisfaction.
The day’s event featured entertainment by a live band, a DJ, a relationship expert offering advice, and fashion shows.
“It’s the first of its scale for Mandeville,” Tanielle Elliott, sales and marketing manager at Mandeville Hotel told Jamaica Observer Central.
“We had some showers, but it didn’t dampen the spirit. We definitely will be staging one next year, and we hope that it will become an annual event,” she said.
The hotel, located at the centre of Mandeville, and with wedding store Natural Elegance Weddings and Accessories, were the principal organisers. Among the exhibitors were financial institutions, cake decorators, health and fitness experts, jewellers, make-up artists, souvenir providers, photographers, and clothiers.
Sandals Resorts International, Jamaica National Building Society, ATL Automotive, Manchester Co-operative Credit Union, Reliable Printers, San Flora, Clarendon Hireage, and the Jamaica Observer were among the companies that provided sponsorship.
