Montesso appointed Reggae Boyz technical director

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Assistant head coach of the Reggae Boyz, Alfredo Montesso, has been appointed technical director of the squad.

Montesso replaces Walter Gama who was fired, along with fellow Brazilian, Armando Bracali who served as goalkeeper coach, in January.

Montesso will face his first test as technical director when the Boyz face Mexico in the CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers on June 4.
