Well, the closet gay who was accidentally ‘outed’ when a temporary secretary opened a private mail from the tourism executive and got the shock of her life, is not satisfied with his ‘dead-left’ gains and that acquired from staff. Afterall, Mr Bill Clarke once saw Jamaica as a failed state. He can have no passion for a failed state.
