NCB Cap Markets starts investor series
NCB Capital Markets last week staged the first in a series of investments talks aimed at encouraging its clients to diversify their portfolios, mitigate risks and take advantage of the opportunities arising from the recent National Debt Exchange (NDX).
“We want to empower our customers by presenting varied investment options which can be accessed through NCB Capital Markets,” said NCB Capital Markets deputy CEO Steven Gooden.
“The current macroeconomic environment to some might reflect doom and gloom, but with proper planning and sound financial advice, you stand to benefit greatly,” added Annya Walker, NCB Capital Markets Assistant Vice President-Research, Strategic Planning and Projects. “Given the expectation that the current low interest rate environment will persist, investors can no long rely on traditional fixed income products.
“As such, financial planning is even more critical if investors are to achieve their long term financial goals.”
Diversification aside, Howard Pottinger, NCB Capital Markets Regional Manager, also stressed the opportunities which exist in the equities market.
“The recent NDX has made investors more cautious and hesitant, and we want to keep you ahead of the curve with sound recommendations for your financial success,” he said.
