Tivoli beat Savannah, edge away from relegation zone
FROME, Westmoreland – Despite suffering through their worst season in years, Tivoli Gardens dominated promoted team Savannah SC, beating them for the third straight time this season in the Red Stripe Premier League after a 1-0 scoreline yesterday at the Frome Sports Complex.
Kemar Flemmings’60th minute goal gave the West Kingston club the win as they were tasting victory for the first time in nine outings dating back to early December when they beat Humble Lion 5-1.
The points saw Tivoli improve to 32 to edge further away from the relegation zone.
