Fraser-Pryce, Jeter clash indoors Saturday
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Reigning Olympic 100m champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce will renew her rivalry with American Carmelita Jeter in her first ever indoor race this weekend.
The two will run the 60m at the British Athletics Grand Prix in the United Kingdom this Saturday.
Jeter who has a personal best of 7.02, set three years ago, will be gunning to assert her dominance over the Jamaican ahead of the World Outdoor Championships later this year.
Jeter, the current World Outdoor Champion, took the 100m-crown in Daegu, South Korea two years ago when an out-of-sorts Fraser-Pryce finished fourth.
