‘The Beast’ opens season at Camperdown Classic Saturday

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Yohan ‘The Beast’ Blake will open his track season at the Camperdown Classic this Saturday.

The reigning 100m World Champion will run the 400m at the meet which will be held at the National Stadium in Kingston, the meet’s chairperson Cynthia Cooke said.

Blake will run against his training partner Warren Weir who earlier confirmed that he would participate in the event.

It’s still unclear if their Racer’s Track Club member, multiple-time Olympic champion, Usain Bolt, will run.
