Sandals Negril Red Lane Spa Receptionist Carolyn Fenton (right) proudly accepts her certificate from Regional Training and Development Manager Javid Brown after completing the Sandals Corporate University (SCU) Leadership Course. Carolyn was the top achiever across the Sandals Group. The SCU course was designed to build on the management skills of line team members and open doors in the area of succession management.
