Knights and Raptors meet in Hi-Lyte quarters re-match

MONTEGO BAY, St James — The quarter finals of the Hi-Lyte/INSPORTS Western Basketball Association’s Men’s Championships will continue this afternoon with a rescheduled double-header at Montego Bay Cricket Club after they were rained out on Sunday.

Montego Bay Cricket Club Knights, who led Coral Gardens Raptors, 13-10, with 4 minutes 20 seconds to go in the first quarter, will be the first game set to start at 6:30 pm, followed by Sav J-Hawks and Rockybar Ballers in the 8:30 game.

Today’s winners will join Montego Bay Boys Club Warriors and Trelawny Tornadoes in the semi-finals set for this weekend.

Warriors, who stunned second-seeded William Knibb Thunder on Saturday, will face Tornadoes on Saturday, while today’s winners will meet on Sunday, both games at the Cricket Club, set to start at 7:00 pm.
