West Kingston cops on guard as rival factions aim for war
POLICE in the Kingston West Division report that tensions are rising in several communities in the division after months of relative calm.Observer.
Areas of Chestnut Lane, Lincoln Avenue and Havanna in Arnett Gardens are being closely monitored following the shooting death of a man in sections of the volatile enclave in late February.
The dead man has been identified only as ‘Dari’. He was gunned down along New Lincoln Road, an area located on the outskirts of Arnett Gardens.
