Dolphins are believed to have healing powers and it seems they helping Charlie Sheen make amends with his ex-wife Denise Richards and their two daughters. The 46-year-old and his family swam with the marine mammals as they continued their holiday break in a tropical location. The group, which included Sam, seven, and six-year-old Lola, flashed huge smiles as they posed alongside their dolphin friend on the water park adventure. The troubled actor posted the picture on his Twitter page, adding: “Just when we thought the trip couldn’t get any better… we met Nuna..!!” Charlie is now back on good terms with Denise, who also took her six-month-old adopted daughter Eloise along for the vacation. The former Two And A Half Men star has posted a slew of pictures on his Twitter account since arriving at the unknown destination last week. Denise, too, has also been tweeting up a storm about the family trip. Before their arrival she posted a snap of the family’s overloaded luggage cart at the airport, along with the tweet “We don’t travel light!! @charliesheen.”

She was being shot by one of the most high-profile fashion photographers in the world, but apparently Paris Hilton just couldn’t wait to see the results of a recent photo shoot. The 30-year-old heiress couldn’t resist snapping a photo of herself on her iPhone camera while posing for Vanity Fair Spain. Admittedly, the heiress did look rather fetching in her golden gown, heavy eye make-up and old Hollywood hairdo as she lounged on the Renaissance-style couch. She appeared in several other photographs lounging in a chain metal gold dress and posing with her Chihuahua. She also wore a grey fur vest and, naturally, no underwear. Another unexpectedly chic outfit is her leather and fur Louis Vuitton jacket and sparkly Miu Miu booties.

If more proof is needed that Paris was pleased with the shoot, the blonde bombshell posted a behind-the-scenes video on her website, ParisHilton.com. She should be proud of the shots, however, given that they were taken by one of Vogue magazine’s premiere photographers, Greg Lotus. Paris is currently enjoying the holiday season in Aspen, Colorado, with her family. “Check out what’s new in my life,” she wrote on her Twitter page. She also let her followers know exactly where she was, adding: “Season’s Greeting’s from Aspen! Love Paris & Nicky :).” But whatever people might say about Paris, she certainly isn’t boring. She gave a nod to rumours that she’s currently dating Dutch DJ Afrojack, by giving him a shoutout on Twitter. “Love skiing down the mountain blasting @DjAfrockjack @DavidGuetta & @Kaskade on my Ipod,” she said. “It’s like clubbing in the snow :). #RavingOnTheSlopes.”

Lovestruck Ryan Reynolds has taken his new girlfriend Blake Lively home for the holidays. The smitten pair were spotted in Vancouver at the Granville Island Public Market recently, a popular tourist attraction. Bundled up against the cold in a brown beanie and fur-trimmed parka, the Gossip Girl actress clutched her beau’s hand tightly as they browsed the gourmet food stalls. Ryan has been the consummate host, escorting Blake to all his hometown’s hotspots since they arrived in Canada earlier last week. People magazine reported the couple were spotted shopping at a toy store and picking up a small cake and some cupcakes at the Original Cupcake Shop. “They seemed like a really sweet couple,” an employee told the magazine. Meanwhile Us Weekly reported that the couple went out to dinner with Reynolds’ mother and brother to Tojo’s restaurant. And Ryan has been getting acquainted with Blake’s family, too. During their NYC weekend earlier this month, Reynolds spent some quality time with the actress’s sister and her husband. The foursome shared a breakfast of donuts, and, according to a source, Blake and Ryan were “poking each other, giggling, and even seen leaning on each other in the booth”. Blake is having a short break from shooting Gossip Girl in New York City and Ryan from his latest movie RIPD filming in Boston.
