Heroy Clarke says he’ll create history in new constituency
MONTEGO BAY, St James — Heroy Clarke, the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) candidate for the newly created constituency of Central St James, has predicted that he will create history and win the seat by between 1,000 and 1,500 votes.Observer columnist.
