Power outage to affect water supply in St Ann
A power outage will affect the supply of water to sections of St Ann on Sunday.

[naviga:li]The Claremont well which serves Claremont, Steerfield, Orange Park, Golden Grove, Alderton, Lydford Housing Scheme and Rural Retreat;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]The Harrison Town pumping station which serves Harrison Town and Breadnut Hill;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]The Higgin Town pumping station which serves Higgin Town and Johnny Spring;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]The Moneague well which serves Moneague, Clapham, Swamp, River Head, Silkfield, Grierfield and Roadside;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]The New Ground pumping station which serves Lime Hall, New ground, Clamstead, Laycock and Gravel Hill;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]The Roaring River treatment plant which serves Steer Town, Roaring River Housing Scheme, Davis Town and surrounding areas; and[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]The Walkerswood well which serves Walkerswood, Colgate and Dunnsville. [/naviga:li]

The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that a disruption in the water supply system in the parish will occur between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

The NWC is urging consumers in these communities to store water for use during the scheduled downtime and assures customers that every effort will be made to restore the water supply following the return of the power supply.
