The Jamaica OBSERVER CELEBRATES FASHION’S NIGHT OUT today and Hollywood actress Vivica A Fox (right) is on the island as special guest of Permanent Cosmetics & SoHo boutique for an evening aptly dubbed Make-up Meets Fashion.
