J Wray and Nephew pouring out Moji-Chic Mojito
J Wray and Nephew wowed the nation last year when it introduced shoppers participating in the Jamaica Observer’s celebration of Fashion’s Night Out (FNO) to the absolutely delightful Appleton Reserve ‘Voguista’ cocktail.
This year, the company known for providing consumers with premium rums and other brands, will be keeping shoppers at select stores islandwide happy with the delectable Moji-Chic Mojito made with its premium brand, Appleton Genesis.
According to David Walton, brand manager Appleton, the “sumptuous” cocktail is infused with fresh pineapple, ginger, mint and limes.
“The Appleton brand is at the forefront of entertainment and fashion, both locally and overseas in the numerous markets where Appleton is enjoyed, and as such we found it to be more of a must do rather than just another great event on Jamaica’s event calendar,” Walton said of his company’s decision to sponsor the five-hour shopping event scheduled for this Thursday starting at 5:00 pm.
“We undoubtedly look forward to interacting with our Appleton lovers and consumers islandwide to showcase and educate them on the versatility and mixability of our beloved Appleton brand on the world stage,” he added.
Walton said that last year’s event was “an eye-opener and an inspiration” to Appleton, “as we realised that we were a part of a global phenomenon which was blazing full speed ahead, and would only get bigger and more appealing to the worldwide community of shopaholics”.
Walton recalled that shoppers enjoyed the ‘Voguista’ last year and said that he anticipates that the responses to the Moji-Chic “will be extremely positive for the Appleton brand”.
