Glamorously Sultry
With Jamaica OBSERVER CELEBRATES FASHION’S NIGHT OUT (FNO) fast approaching, we assembled a chic handful of former Miss Jamaica World (MJW) and Miss Jamaica Universe (MJU) winners, as well as trailblazing Jamaican models for a photo session at the historic Devon House. So enthralled were we by MJU 1998 Shani Shirley’s (nee McGraham) glamorously sultry make-up — created using the internationally acclaimed Eve Pearl Cosmetics line by ace make-up artist Racquel Jenkins Moss-Solomon and her assistant Jehan ‘Toni Xing’ Wanliss of Permanent Cosmetics — we just had to show you how to Get The Look! Be sure to check out tomorrow’s Style Observer for more über-gorgeous snapshots.
For the Eyes
Use Eve Pearl dark concealer to remove dark circles and highlight the eyes, then blend brown, gold and emerald shadows from the Eve Pearl Ultimate Eyes eyeshadow palette for a soft, smoky effect.
For the Cheeks
Apply Eve Pearl priming moisturiser to the skin, then lightly apply Body Bling moisturising bronzer to highlight the cheekbones. Apply Eve Pearl foundation and follow through with Toffee cream blush on the apples of your cheeks. ‘Matte down’ blush with pressed powder, and top with Sultry powder blush for a subtle, rosy look.
For the Lips
Apply Eve Pearl Cherry Cola lipstick to the lips (you may line with a flesh-toned lip pencil prior to the application for fullness and definition if you desire).
Have fun trying it at home!
