As Jamaica OBSERVER CELEBRATES FASHION’S NIGHT OUT takes place on September 8, the always appropriately attired Cooper describes his style as being “easy, classic and comfortable”.

In order to achieve this look Cooper’s favourite local haunt is the trendy Boutique MaxBrown operated by fashionista Sophia MaxBrown.

This sense of style also translates in his choices from international designers. He lists Armani, Michael Kors and Oswald Boateng as his picks, and also includes local designer Moncrieffe among his favourites. Cooper notes, “all these designers present classic styling, offer a great fit and the tailoring is exquisite.

His favourite item in his closet right now is a tie by famed designer Nicole Miller.

When it comes to shoes, Cooper says fit, styling, eclecticism top the list to things he looks for in footwear.

The Pulse head also has a passion for scents. His collection includes colognes Givenchy Neo, Issey Miyake, John Varvatos, which he chooses for their great scents, the notes work perfectly.

For young men wanting to emulate the Kingsley Cooper look and style, he advises: “Be comfortable and find your own style. Do not be a slave to trends.”
