LADA still going strong
Visitors look at a Lada Granta on display at the exhibition marking the 45th anniversary of Russia’s leading automaker, AvtVAZ in Moscow, Russia recently. AvtoVAZ is going to take over the growing Russian car market with its new model Granta, which will be produced together with a Renault/Nissan alliance.
LADA, which has all but disappeared from local streets, was represented in Jamaica in the 1980s by Motor Sales.
