Libations flowed, aromas wafted through the air and the style set basked in the buzz as they enjoyed the 13th staging of the Caribbean’s largest culinary celebration, the Jamaica Observer Food Awards — held Thursday last on the verdant East Lawns of Devon House in Kingston.
