Food Awards guest chef enjoys Hellshire Beach

Canadian Food Network star and well-regarded restaurateur Roger Mooking (right) prepares to indulge in one of his island food favourites — a jelly coconut — as he purchases the fruit from vendor Linval Richards at Hellshire Beach yesterday. Mooking, the guest chef for this Thursday’s highly anticipated Jamaica Observer Food Awards, visited the popular beach hangout for a taste of fried fish, bammies and festivals.
