Not only is it known for its luxurious suites, top-notch customer service and elegant décor, but the Ritz-Carlton in Rose Hall, Montego Bay also turns up the fire in the kitchen. Creating culinary delights in five different places — Horizon, Mangos, the Reggae Jerk Centre, White Witch and the Cohoba Lounge — Executive Chef Thierry Connault and his team promise to take you on a most memorable culinary journey.

Bringing out the flavour of the tropics, Chef Thierry creates a four-course meal incorporating one of the island’s favourite foods — coconut. Upping the ante and adding a touch of finesse, we share with you Chef Thierry’s Coconut Menu, as presented by Chef Colin Archibald.
