Aviation Jamaica
JAMAICA’S first youth aviation club, Club Aviation Jamaica, began on October 19, 2006 and since its inception has been doing tremendous work in teaching the youths about aviation.
he first club started at Meadowbrook High School and since then a number of other schools have followed suit. Schools like Wolmer’s Boys’, Ardenne High School, St Jago high School and, most recently Jamaica College, have all been found in the aviation loop. The club is designed to teach young people across Jamaica the theoretical and mechanical applications of flying. Last Saturday, the Club gave an exciting demonstration on what they have learned so far.
