GaGa off the hook!
You can always call on Lady GaGa to serve up a style surprise. The pop star has released the first official photos from her new video for the track Telephone, her dance track with Beyoncé. Taking a very literal cue from the song’s title, she fashioned a receiver out of bright yellow hair extensions for the music clip.
She also balances a plastic chef hat as she plays the part of a waitress in a diner.
Of course, the 23-year-old has a penchant for bizarre headpieces, most memorably the huge blonde hair bow she wore in the video for her hit, Poker Face.
In another scene, Lady GaGa is decked out in an American flag bandanna and matching bikini.
The full video is scheduled for release next month, but insiders hint it is inspired by the work of Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill director Quentin Tarantino.
Sources describe the chemistry between Beyoncé and Lady GaGa as ‘magical’.
Of course it is not their first collaboration — they teamed up last year for the remix of Beyoncé’s Video Phone.
Lady GaGa performed a stripped-down version of Telephone at London’s Brit Awards on Tuesday night which she dedicated to fashion designer Alexander McQueen, who was found dead in an apparent suicide last week.
Rafael Nadal in Shakira’s court
Rafael Nadal’s sex appeal clearly extends much further than the boundary lines of the tennis court, just ask sexy Colombian singer Shakira who features the Wimbledon and French Open star in her new video for Gypsy.
The pair cuddle up and roll around together on what appears to be some rock face, the chemistry sizzling between them.
The South American star, 33, leaves little to the imagination with her revealing outfit, which appears to be just a chiffon scarf strategically wrapped round her modesty. Not that Nadal, 23, seems to mind, as he — fully clothed in jeans and a T-shirt — moves in closer to the singer as she snuggles in deep to him.
‘I don’t look classy in underwear,’ says Megan Fox
She’s an international sex symbol and the new lingerie model for Emporio Armani.
But in a revealing new interview, Megan Fox reveals a more vulnerable side by admitting she lacks self-confidence and says she doesn’t look classy in underwear.
The many admirers of the 23-yearold actress may beg to differ — but it seems Megan has a very clear idea about what kind of look she evokes in a pair of smalls. Her latest sponsors might not be impressed, but if they had read any other of her occasionally wacky comments they certainly couldn’t claim to be surprised.
Speaking to W magazine as part of a new photoshoot, the Transformers star said: “There are some women you could put in underwear and photograph them, and it looks really classy and it doesn’t necessarily provoke a pinup image.”
“But with me it does, immediately, as soon as I’m in underwear. I’m a Vargas girl,” she added, referring to Alberto Vargas, a famous Peruvian painter of 1960s pin-up girls.
