A Pegasus customer for over 20 years, Hutchinson says, “I love sitting in the Columbus Restaurant on a Sunday with my friends and family. The ambience is great and the food is fabulous – ackee and salt fish and the moist and cheesy macaroni and cheese are among my favourites and they do a ‘wild’ fish – fish done any style is great at Pegasus Sunday Brunch.”

The layout of the 24-Hour Café Deli and her favourite Columbus Restaurant get top marks too, as Hutchinson notes “you never feel cramped, there is enough space between each table so that you are comfortable, and you don’t have to whisper because the neighbouring guests are not too close to your party”.
