Pipe laying
Dear Editor,
I live on Temple Meads off the Jacks Hill Rd and have been seriously inconvenienced since early December by the laying of what I think are sewage pipes at the bottom of Jacks Hill Rd.
I have no expertise in the laying of such pipes, but it seems to me that what has taken nearly two months and is still not finished is far too long for what has been done. A friend of mine who is an engineer believes the job could have been completed in a week if it had been properly planned and executed.
Can someone who knows about this job be kind enough to let the residents of Jacks Hill know why it has taken so long and when we can expect the job to be completed?
