Blame parents
Dear Editor,
A report in the papers stated that a 12-year-old student died of malnutrition and that data revealed that 35 per cent of students in Jamaica are malnourished.
Should we not blame the parents who produce the children that they cannot feed? The parents of these children should be responsible for feeding them, not the government. The sooner they realise this fact the better off we will be. Let’s stop blaming the government.
We have too many irresponsible parents producing unwanted children in Jamaica.
The sooner the poor are made aware that they are their worst enemy the batter off we will be.
