All roads lead to Garfield’s Christmas Wonderland this weekend
Today marks the beginning of three exciting days of fun and entertainment on the grounds of the Hope Gardens in Kingston.
Kids and adults alike will be experiencing the first of its kind entertainment package in Jamaica courtesy of Eletro Tech Productions and its associate sponsors.
According to promoter, Peter Shoucair, “You would not believe the level of interest that has been generated since we first announced this show.”
Shoucair also took the opportunity to remind patrons to come out early as there will be limited seating available for the Garfield live show. On Friday the live show takes place at 6:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday there will be two live shows at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm
“There will be no reserved seating, it will be on a first come basis,” he stressed.
For three days – Friday, December 18 – Sunday December 20 Hope Gardens will be transformed into a kaleidoscope of colours, enhanced by beautiful lighting which is being facilitated by the kind sponsorship of JPS.
Patrons will have the opportunity to enjoy exciting giveaways courtesy of the various sponsors, also included in the price of the ticket will be Candy Land, Santa’s Village, Scotiabank’s interactive children’s lounge, KFC Chicky’s Land and games, DC Comics cartoon characters, local characters, live Garfield the cat show for kids, rides and games, Honey Bun Ginger Bread House, petting zoo, yoga classes for kids, Coco Jam Lounge, Café Blue Chill Area, face-painting, picture-taking, Chubby’s amusement park and Fruta lounge area.
Drop-off points to enter the venue are by Jamaica College and Hope Pastures as parking will not be allowed in the venue.
