JAHROCK LAUNCHED
T-shirt lines pop up every now and then, but there are few that actually catch TEENage’s notice.
Founded in 2005, by Jamaican-born Vanessa and Trinidad-born Charles Whittington in Florida, Jahrock Apparel has been in Jamaicafor just about four months.
Three of the collections are available in Jamaica — Jah Rastafari, Jah Rock and Peace Love & Unity by Orande Gadsden — can be picked up at Collectibles, Empress & Stanley and MaxBrown.
But come next year Jahrock Apparel plans to launch its swimsuit line, that is already available in the US, on ‘The Rock’.
